What code do I use when connecting my Sensi Touch Smart Thermostat to my Wi-Fi network? (Android users)

If your thermostat firmware version is 6004970500 or later, you will use the code that dynamically populates on the thermostat screen during the Wi-Fi connection process.

If your thermostat firmware version is earlier (less than) 6004970500, you will use the code found on the back of the welcome guide that came with your thermostat.

To see which thermostat firmware version you have, on the thermostat screen, select “Menu” and then “About Thermostat.” If the last four digits of your firmware version is “0500” or higher, you will use the code on your thermostat screen.

Note: Once your thermostat is connected to Wi-Fi, the unit will automatically update to the latest version of firmware within 24 hours.
