Do Sensi thermostats send email alerts related to my HVAC system?
Yes. Sensi alerts are sent automatically to the email address associated with your Sensi account if any of the following conditions occur:
If the condition that triggers an alert still exists after a period of time, you will receive follow up alerts. Some alerts re-trigger daily, while others weekly.
High and low temperatures, as well as humidity alerts, are not adjustable. Loss of heating or loss of cooling alerts are based on your Sensi temperature setting.
Note: You can choose to opt out of alerts when signing up for a Sensi account. If you do choose to opt out when signing up but change your mind, you can always opt into alerts under Email Preferences in your Sensi app.
