What if there are multiple people logged into my Sensi account and only one person leaves or enters the home boundary?

The geofencing mode changes between home and away based upon all geofencing-enabled devices. Therefore, if there are multiple devices enabled in your Sensi account, all devices will need to be out of the 3-mile home boundary to change from “home” to “away.” If one device is within the 3-mile home boundary, geofencing will stay in “home” mode. Likewise, if all devices are outside of the home boundary, the first device to come back into the home boundary will trigger geofencing to go back to “home” mode.
