How do I cancel my Multiple Thermostat Manager plan?

If you want to cancel your Multiple Thermostat Manager subscription, simply log into your Multiple Thermostat Manager account and select the account tab in the upper right corner. Then tap Manage Subscription and select End Subscription. When you cancel your subscription, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription. You will continue to have the same access and benefits through the remainder of the current billing cycle, and then you will lose access after that cycle. No pro-rated refunds are available.

After canceling, you will still have remote access to your thermostats via the free Sensi mobile app.

How do I cancel my free trial?

If you want to cancel your Multiple Thermostat Manager subscription, simply log into your Multiple Thermostat Manager account and select the account tab in the upper right corner. Then tap Manage Subscription and select End Subscription. When you cancel your free trial, you will continue to have access to Multiple Thermostat Manager until the trial days are complete, and then you will lose access. Your card will not be charged.
