I changed the name of my Sensi thermostat on my mobile app. Do I have to change the name in Sensi Multiple Thermostat Manager as well?

No. When changing the name of a thermostat from the Sensi mobile app, the thermostat name will automatically update in Sensi Multiple Thermostat Manager.
