How do I change my Sensi account email address?
Follow the steps outlined below to change the email address for your Sensi account:
Apple (iOS)
- Open the Sensi app
- Press the person icon in the upper right-hand corner
- Edit your email address under Change Email
Android
- Open the Sensi app
- Press the 3 vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner
- Select Account Information
- Edit your email address in the email field
Invalid Email Address
If you get the error below then the email you are trying to use already has an account associated with it. You will need to use an email address that has not been used for the email field to update.
