I forgot my Sensi password

In the Sensi app, press the “Forgot password” link at the sign in screen. Enter the email address associated with your Sensi account. A temporary password will be sent to the email specified. Use the temporary password to sign in, and change your password afterward*.

 

Note: You can only request a new password once an hour. Please search your email inbox for the latest password reset email and only use the latest email to try to sign into your account. If you do not receive the password reset email, please reach out to our support team at support@sensicomfort.com.


*When on the change password screen, we ask for your current password. Enter the temporary password provided in the current password field.
