Sensi Account User Management
Can I use multiple devices to control my Sensi account?
Yes. Simply download the Sensi mobile app on your other smartphones of tablets and log in with the email address and password used to create the account.
Compatible smart devices include:
- Android smartphones and tablets running Android 8.0 or higher.
- iOS devices running iOS 15.0 or higher.
How do I grant another person access to my Sensi?
A thermostat can only be registered to one Sensi account. If you want someone else to be able to control your thermostat, simply provide that person with your Sensi account email address and password. They will be able to download the app to their phone, and login with the information provided.
How do I cancel another person's access to my Sensi account?
There is only one account connected to a Sensi thermostat. In order to disable access from your Sensi account, you should change your Sensi account password. This will change the password for all users who have access to your Sensi account.
