Can I turn off email notifications for my Sensi account?
Yes. You can opt out of thermostat alerts. If you’re on an Android device, press the 3 vertical dots in the upper right hand corner, and then select Email Preferences. If you’re on an iOS device, press the person icon in the upper right hand corner, and then select Email Preferences.
You can opt back in at any time.
