How to turn off smart alerts, service reminders and notifications
You can opt out smart alerts, service reminders and notifications by turning them off through the Sensi app.
- Open the Sensi app.
- Tap on the person icon (iOS) or the 3 vertical dots (Android) in the upper right-hand corner.
- Tap on Email and Notifications.
- Toggle any of these on or off, depending on your preference.
